My favorite blueberry smoothie

This has been my favorite go-to breakfast for ages. It’s chock full of good-for-you and protein-filled goodies, a great way to start the day. This one is a favorite of Ella’s too. I love that I’m sneaking spinach and blueberries into her tummy in the mornings!

The loose recipe:

  • Two handfuls of spinach with 1/2 cup of water (put this in your blender first and blend until you have green water. Then add all of the following ingredients.)
  • 1 banana
  • half cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 generous tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 3/4 – 1 cup frozen blueberries

I call it a loose recipe, because you can add more or less of every ingredient. I also enjoy this smoothie without the yogurt. Just add a little more water and a serving of vanilla protein powder. Also very good. And enjoy!
